Named after the great US Grip athlete and strongman competitor, Clay Edgin, the 'Edgin' is a 7 inch long Grade 5 bolt of 5/16 inch diameter. Only a handful of athletes have succeeded in bending this bolt until the ends were within 2 inches. Eli recently bent one of the Edgin's and hasn't stopped talking trash since.
Ya know what, when you destroy an Edgin like that, you can talk all the trash you want. That bend put Eli in the #5 spot on the 7" bending list on the Gripboard.
Do you want to mangle nails and bolts like the Freak Eli Thomas, then you need to pick up the Diesel Bending eBook.
For only $39.97, you get all the bending techniques explained in complete detail, a glossary of bending terminology, a conditioning routine for new benders and a complete 60-page exercise index for bringing up any weaknesses that might be holding you back in your bending.
Just go to The Grip Authority to pick up this one-of-a-kind bending eBook.

This video is the actual bench press challenge between the Road Warriors (managed by Paul Ellering)and the team of the Warlord and Barbarian (managed by Paul Jones) and assited by Ivan Kolof. I think it is from 1987, but I am not sure. Animal is the first one that benches, and then Barbarian follows up. Koloff dumps the chalk in Hawk's face at the end. Warlod doesn't do much. These were 4 of the biggest and strongest wrestlers in the 80's and 90's.
