Speed Bag Training - Zach Ruffo Hitting Two Bags

We have seen Zach Ruffo hitting combinations with more than one bag in the past, but I don't believe we have seen it on his newest platform. What a great set-up. perfect height, obviously very sturdy with great rebounds since it's built against the flat ceiling, and excellent room for spacing between bags. Great job, Zach.

Six Tens Pinch

If you own a copy of our DVD, The Sh*t You've Never Seen, you saw that I did this feat way back in 2005, but I decided not to add myself to the official gripboard list until I did it again on tape.

I've missed in front witnesses several times after Grip Contests while doing feats of strength. Finally, this week I got it done when a camera was around.

I am proud to join Wade Gillingham, Heath Sexton, and Richard Sorin on this very short list. Here's the video:

Speed Bag Elbow Strikes

Zach shows us in this video a few variations of elbow strikes coming from several different angles and combinations.

Outward Triple Elbow Strikes are currently my goal right now. These are the ones that he finished up with. I can't quite get the timing right now, but I will, although I may have to write the SpeedBagSkunk for some assistance.

Props to Zach for such excellent bag control with long sleeves on. Not an easy task.
