The Teemu Watch: #4

As I have mentioned here before, Teemu is one of the best crushers in the world.

He always updates us on his progress at his YouTube page.

Here he shows a clip of the first time he was able to hold the handles of his 207-rated #4 together:

Anybody else getting close on the 4?

Ben Edwards - Crush Down Pad Tutorial

Here, Ben Edwards talks about how to use crush down pads when crushing bending stock down the last inch or so to legal width.

Don't be fooled into thinking these crush down pads are not useful. I have a set and they work out great for finishing heavy bends, especially in contests. All you have to do is pull your first set of wraps off, and put the set of crush down pads on to finish the bend.

Check out what I'm talking about in Ben's video.

Many do not realize that there is quite a bit of technicality in the sport of bending nails, bolts, and stock.

For more information on short unbraced bending, your best resource is my Nail Bending eBook.

You can pick it up at this link ==> How to Bend Nails.

Adam Glass - 35 45 Combo

Here, Adam Glass shows some grip training clips.

Check out about half way through where he does the 35 / 45 Combo Lift in an attempt to work up to Two 45's Pinch.

That is a good way to train to lift Two 45's.

Plenty of other good stuff in that clip as well.
