Excellent Speed Bag Resource

Alan Kahn's SpeedBagCentral.com has an excellent resource of short videos. If you want several short clips of advanced techniques all in one spot click the link below:

Just click on the numbers across the bottom margin to see several very good, informatie and useful speed bag clips. If you are feeling stale in your training, you can get a new challenge from these babies.

I was reminded of this resource from this post on the Speed Bag Forum: http://www.speedbagforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=996. Alan also gives several other good suggestions in this thread, especially trying to replicate bag beat sounds with different hitting combinations. Brilliant stuff.
