New Inch Training Article

The most frustrating thing about the Inch Dumbbell is the rotation that takes place when you try to lift it and tears right out of your grasp. In this article, I talk about how to reduce the rotation of the dumbbell in order to increase time under tension with it in your hand.

great stuff on the inch. I have never seen an inch DB, but after reading these i want to get one. I think for the first few months it may be a large paper weight.

Question for you, any chance of a series of articles on lifting block weights? I am getting serious about them, i am buying a 85lbs Hex tomorrow to cut down. If you have any tips or stratigies for lifting them i would like to know.

Thanks Bro!

That would be an interesting project. I hope you find an inch.

Have you heard back from IronMind on your Red Nail cert?

no word yet from IM. i am writing them tomorrow. I knew it would be a pain in the ass to find a judge here in ND. I will give them another week. If i have to i will drive to Fargo, or Grand forks, which is on the border between ND and MN.

I can buy an inch from Atomic Athlete. maybe my next gift when our taxes come back this year. Being tax free for 8 months for CZ exclusion does help :)

Seriously, you guys should work on a block weight series.
