18-Mar-07: Program Design by The Rock

This is a clip from a few years ago - circa 2002 or 2003, I'd say, when the Rock was going up against Brock Lesnar. It's hard to confirm that he actually trained this way for his matches, but the movement choices showed in this clip trained the functional movement pattern well. I'd like to know what his clean and jerk PB is...

Even worked some Grip strength in there. Wonder if Dwayne's got a set of IronMind grippers?
