24-Mar-07: How NOT to Train Your Grip

Exhibit A: A sports strength coach claiming he knows how baseball players should train their grip for improved strength, and then shows a few of the absolute worst exercises out there, ones most often used by the run-of-the-mill bodybuilder.

Wrist curls and extensions are bad enough, but when I saw that kid crumpling up that newspaper...that took the cake.
