Juggling a 50kg, thats what i am talking about man!
you know what i use the most from your AKB ebook? the bell sled dragging. Both the one where the bell is the handle and when you crush it and drag, very awesome stuff.
Wow, not sure what to say about that video. Very impressive...never seen anyone do flips with such a heavy bell. Great job!
