Some Grip Feats from recent workouts.

Brad and Eli - 2-35's Pinch with 2 Fingers.
Brad and Eli couldn't just stop at lifting and holding two 35's - they had to go ahead and do it with just 2 fingers.

120-lb Hex Block Pinch
This is the heaviest block weight I have lifted. i am still working on a 115-pounder a friend sent to me nearly two years ago that hasn't come up yet.

Westside Method Adapted to Grip Training
A few weeks ago I decided to mix things up a bit an employ Extension of the Movement into my blob lifting and tried lifting it as fast as I could for repetitions. Is this true Westside?? Maybe, maybe not - but it sure works your thumbs. Who said you only had to just lift the Blob to lockout???
