You have some great information for those intereted in bending. I'm relitively new to bending and have been told that I have a naturally strong grip. With little bending experience I was able to bend an Iron Mind Blue Nail with a single wrap. How does this compare to bending the Red Nail--I have not tried one yet because I want to build up and not get injured. Let me know your thoughts: gotgreatness@gmail.com
