Grip Newcomer - Craig Call - Blob Lifter - Craig Call

Craig Call first called me on the cell phone earlier this year and wanted to know about stategies for certifying on the IM #3.

He met up with Andrew Durniat this past weekend and started dropping bombs on grip feats left and right, even lifting the 50-lb blob!

Two Inch Vertical Bar Technique

Here is a great clip from Ben Edwards I just found. Ben is great with technique whether it's nail bending, grippers, or in this case, 2-inch Vertical Bar.
